- While frying, add a little salt to the pan to get onion fast brown.
- To make clean slices of cold deserts, soak knife in warm water for a few minutes, wipe it dry & make a clean slices.
- To increase the taste of batata vadas, add crushed garlic in gram flour (Besan) batter.
- When cooking vegetables please add salt at the end.
- To make vermicelli more delightful, add 1 tea spoon of custard powder.
