Ingredients
  • 3 qt Potatoes (Medium Boiled & Mashed)
  • 1/2 cup Green Peas
  • 1/4 cup Carrots (chopped Blanched)
  • 1/4 cup Fenugreek Leaves (Cleaned & Finely Chopped)
  • 4-5 qt French Beans (Chopped & Blanched)
  • 1 tsp Ginger- Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Bread Crumps
  • 400 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • Salt To Taste
Instructions
  1. Take a bowl to add boiled & mashed potatoes then add chopped fenugreek leaves Now add boiled carrots, boiled french beans, green peas to the bowl, mix it well.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, bread crumbs & salt mix it properly.
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai now make shape like roll or fingers.
  4. Drop one by one these veggie rolls in hot oil & fry till golden color
  5. Drain it in absorbent paper & serve it with chutney & ketchup.
