  • Heat the ghee in a pan and add bay leaves, cumin seed wait till color change, after this add cloves, black pepper seeds saute for a minute.
  • Then add dates, raisins, cashew nuts to it cook for while & add tomatoes now put sugar to it stir it gently so that sugar gets dissolved well then add a half cup of water.
  • Cook till it takes the consistency of chutney Cool and serve with paranthe or crispy pooris.
  • Note: You can store it in the refrigerator for 1 or 2 days.
