  • Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan, add chopped onion & saute until its color changes to golden then add chopped tomatoes to it cook till tomatoes are well mashed.
  • Now add coriander powder, turmeric powder & garam masala saute for 1 -2 minutes then remove it from the heat, cool & blend it into a smooth paste & keep aside.
  • Now in the same pan heat, 2 tablespoons of oil & add cumin seeds when it crackled add the prepared paste to it then add red chili powder, Kasuri methi & green peas mix it well & cook it for 3-4 minutes.
  • Cover the pan with lid & cook it in low flame for 4-5 minutes now add paneer cubes to it & cook it for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with coriander leaves & serve it with rice or chapati.
