  • Heat 3 cups of water in the pan, add soya granules boil for 2-3 minutes until granules get soft, after boiling strain the granules & keep aside
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed fry until it crackle then add curry leaves,dhuli urad dal saute for 1 minute.
  • Add onion fry till golden then add ginger, green chilies, tomato, green capsicum, peas & carrot cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Now add soya granules & salt mix it.
  • Cover it with lid & cook till the soya granules is properly cooked.
  • Serve it garnished with coriander leaves.
