  • Sieve suji then heats ghee in a kadhai add suji to it roast till its colors change to light golden.
  • Add crushed green cardamom, raisins, almonds, fennel seeds, cashew nuts then add sugar & water stir continuously reduce heat to low.
  • When water gets absorbed that means our halwa is ready, remove from heat
  • Take it to a serving dish & garnished with grated coconut.
