  • Take 1 slice of bread & roll it with a rolling pin to flatten it then spread tomato ketchup over one slice & put another slice on it & roll again.
  • Now mix the cucumber & cottage cheese into green chutney, pepper & salt spread on the bread slice and roll up tightly into a log & put it in the freezer for 5-6 minutes.
  • Cut into thin slices & sprinkle with roasted white sesame seeds. Serve it.
