  • Clean all the saag & wash in running water 2-3 times then take a pressure cooker & add all saag, green chili, ginger,4-5 garlic cloves, tomato now Cook till 4-5 whistle comes.
  • Remove from heat, keep aside for cooling then grind all the ingredients to smooth thick paste.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai adds cumin seeds saute till crackled then add chopped onion & garlic saute till color change.
  • Add cornflour to it & saute for 2 minutes after this add sarson mixture & salt to it.
  • Mix it gently & cook for 5-6 minutes. then remove from heat serve it with Makke ki roti.
