  • Wash & peel the sakarkand skin properly & then grate it.
  • Heat ghee in a large pan and add grated sakarkand to it & saute for 5 minutes.
  • Add milk to it, cook for 10 to 15 minutes then Put sugar & stir occasionally for 5 minutes now add almonds cashew nuts, green cardamom powder.
  • Mix it gently kheer is ready. Cool, it serves it with garnish with grated coconut.
