- Wash & clean sakarkand and pressure cook for 2 whistles and then wait for its cooling and after sakarkand is cooled then peel it & mashed it properly.
- Now take ghee and heat it in a pan. then cloves in the pan and wait till it gets crackled. Now add mashed sakarkand on it and saute it on a low flame.
- Add sugar, green cardamom powder, raisins & almonds on it and mix it very well.
- Sakarkand halwa is ready to serve. Garnish it with fresh coconut & serve it.
