  • Take poha in a large bowl and add mashed potatoes, green chili paste, ginger paste, yogurt, coriander leaves, turmeric powder & salt, mix it properly.
  • Add lemon juice to the mixture and heat a nonstick pan then spread little oil on it.
  • Take a mixture into equal quantity & give the shape of a cutlet place each cutlet in the pan.
  • Cook till both sides are golden and serve hot with chutney or sauce.
