- Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion & saute until it changes to a golden brown, Now add ginger-garlic paste saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cauliflower fry for 1 minute then add potatoes stir it well now add chopped capsicum & grated tomatoes mix well, add 1 cup of water & cook it for 3-4 minutes after it adds pav bhaji masala, chopped green chilies, lemon juice & salt mix it properly.
- Add butter & chopped coriander leaves then Remove from heat & transfer the bhaji into serving bowl garnish with chopped onion & lemon slice.
- Serve it with hot pav.
