  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seed fry till it crackled.
  • Now add chopped onion saute till golden, add tomato, capsicum fry till it gets soft & pulpy.
  • Add chopped green chilies, coriander powder, turmeric powder & salt saute for 5-8 minutes.
  • Add grated paneer to it, mix it well or saute for 5-10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat & transfer it to the serving dish, garnish with fresh coriander leaves & serve it.
