Palak (Spinach) Corn Rice

Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rice (Soaked2)
  • 1/2 cup Corn
  • 1 cup Palak Puree
  • 1 qt Onion (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 qt Ginger (1 inch piece finely Chopped)
  • 1 qt Bay Leaves (Tej patta)
  • 2 stick Cinnamon (1/2 inch Sticks)
  • 4-5 qt Cloves (Laung)
  • 5-6 qt Black Pepper (Kali Mirch)
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • Salt To Taste
Instructions
  1. Heat ghee in a deep pan and add bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, cumin seeds saute for a minute.
  2. Now add onion, garlic paste, ginger cook till a color change into golden then put palak puree & corn to it mix it properly, cover & cook for 2-4 minutes.
  3. Add rice and mix it well then adds 3 cups of water & salt then stir to mix wait for boiling.
  4. Cook on medium heat and cover the pan & cook it till rice is completely done. Serve it hot.
