  • Heat ghee in a deep pan and add bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, cumin seeds saute for a minute.
  • Now add onion, garlic paste, ginger cook till a color change into golden then put palak puree & corn to it mix it properly, cover & cook for 2-4 minutes.
  • Add rice and mix it well then adds 3 cups of water & salt then stir to mix wait for boiling.
  • Cook on medium heat and cover the pan & cook it till rice is completely done. Serve it hot.
