  • Take the wheat flour to add salt to it & knead into a soft dough with required water.
  • Take a pan heat 1 tablespoon of ghee then add ginger, green chilies, cumin seeds fry till color changes.
  • Add spinach & cook for 2 minutes, add coriander powder, turmeric powder & paneer & salt mix it properly. Take a mixture in a bowl.
  • Heat a Tawa, Take dough & divide into equal portions make a small ball-shaped & roll them to form roti.
  • Now take a small quantity of spinach mixture spread over on one roti & cover with the other roti. Press the edges well to join.
  • Carefully pick up the parantha & put it on a hot Tawa and when the underside is cooked, turn to cook another side.
  • Apply little ghee or oil on the parantha & again to the other side and cook till equally golden brown on both sides.
  • Parantha is ready and similarly, make all the paranthas and serve it.
