  • Take a pressure cooker heat oil in it and add cumin seeds fry till its color change.
  • Now add onion fry till golden brown then add bay leaf, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon sticks & black peppercorn to it.
  • Saute for 1 minute then add ginger paste & garlic to the pressure cooker then Add chopped tomatoes then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala & salt mix it well & saute till oil leaves.
  • Now add cleaned mutton pieces stir it well & saute for 3-4 minutes now add water & coriander leaves.
  • Close the lid of pressure cooker cooks it for 3-4 whistle then off the gas. Keep the cooker for cooling.
  • After 5 minutes check the mutton whether it is cooked properly if not, switch on the gas cook it at medium flame till mutton is fully cooked.
  • Remove from the heat garnish with coriander leaves & serve it with rice & chapati.
