  • Take a bowl to add wheat flour, gram flour (besan) then add fennel seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt & fenugreek leaves mix it well.
  • Add 2 tablespoon of warm oil in a flour mixture & mix it.
  • Add sufficient water & knead into a stiff dough. Heat sufficient oil in a kadhai.
  • Now divide the dough into lemon sized parts & roll into balls then roll it by rolling pin into thick puris.
  • Drop each puri into the hot oil and deep fry till golden & crisp from both the side.
  • Drain all the puris on the absorbent paper and serve it hot.
