  • Take fresh methi leaves to chop it finely and wash it properly.
  • Take flour and mix all the ingredients along with methi and make a soft dough with enough water to keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Now make the balls and roll it slightly.
  • Spread oil all over it then fold into half then again into half to get a triangle shape, now roll out into small parantha. .
  • Place it on the hot Tawa then turn it over, apply some oil and turn to the other side & apply oil cook till the golden on both the side.
  • Paranthas are ready to serve it hot.
