  • Take dal clean & wash it and cut beans & carrot 1/2'' pieces.
  • Heat ghee in a pressure cooker and add bay leaves, cumin seeds, cloves fry till color change then add onion & garlic saute till light brown.
  • Now add all the vegetables & saute for 4-5 minutes. Add coriander powder, red chili powder & salt to it.
  • Cook for 2 minutes add 3 cups of water & cover the cooker wait for 1 whistle and remove the cooker from heat.
  • Garnished with coriander leaves & lemon juice and serve it with rice or chapatis.
