Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan/kadhai at low flame. Add mustard seeds, dry red chili, dal then add curry leaves coconut to saute till fragrant now add the lemon juice, turmeric powder, salt.
- Add rice and stir it properly so all the things get mixed saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, transfer to a serving dish then garnished with coriander leaves & serve hot.
