- Take a non-stick thick bottomed Kadai to add khoya to it & cook it in low flame. Stirring continuously till khoya starts to melt.
- Remove from heat add sugar powder, grated coconut, chopped almonds & green cardamom powder.
- Mix it well, keep aside to cool at room temperature.
- Divide the mixture into equal portion & fill the mixture into modak mold its shape to modak & serve it.
