Instructions
- Drain the soaked rice & grind it into a coarse paste, add little cold milk to the rice coarse paste.
- Now bring milk to boil. Add rice paste to the boiled milk.
- Cook till rice is completely cooked stirring constantly. Add cardamom powder & saffron mix it well.
- Add sugar & cook till it dissolved completely.
- Remove from heat & garnish with almonds & pistachios.
- Before serving chill it in the refrigerator for an hour.
