  • Wash the raw banana, put it in the pressure cooker & add 1 cup of water & Cook it till 1 whistle after this lower the flame & cook it for 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove the cooker from heat keep aside for cooling. After cooling takes out the boiled raw banana and peeled it.
  • Add peeled raw banana to a bowl & mash it well, then add boiled & mashed potato. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, besan & salt.
  • Mix it properly,& make a soft dough.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan. Now make a lemon sized small ball & drop these ball in deep pan fry till golden brown.
  • Take all the ball in absorbent paper & keep aside. Heat oil in the other pans.
  • Add cumin seeds fry till splutter, now add chopped onion & saute till golden. Add ginger-garlic paste fry for 3-4 minutes, add chopped tomatoes fry till oil leaves.
  • Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder & salt fry till oil leaves. Then add 2 cups of water, leave it to boil & adjust the gravy consistency.
  • Now add kofta to the gravy & lower the heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat & garnish with coriander leaves & serve it with rice or chapati.
