Kache Kele Ki Bhurji

Ingredients
  • 6 qt Kache Kele (Raw Banana)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Coconut
  • 2 qt Green Chilies
  • 1 tsp Ginger (1/2 inch finely chopped)
  • 1 qt Onion (Medium Finely Chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt To Taste
Instructions
  1. Wash & peel the banana. Cut into small pieces.
  2. Dip into the water to avoid blackness.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds & curry leaves wait for crackle.
  4. Add onion, ginger stir till golden brown, then, add banana, turmeric powder, salt
  5. Cover a pan & cook for 5 minutes in low heat.
  6. Add grated coconut stir gently cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Bhurji is ready, garnish with green coriander leaves & serves it.
