  • Take a bowl sieve refined flour, ginger powder & baking powder. Keep aside.
  • In the another bowl beat together eggs & sugar till sugar dissolve & mixture get fluffy. Now add honey, vanilla essence & oil, beat for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add refined flour little by little & go on beating & adding flour. Beat till batter get the consistency of dropping.
  • Pour the batter in greased tin & bake in a preheated oven at 150*C for 40 minutes or till the cake is done.
