- Wash the poha in a sieve. Poha should be moist. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds & fennel seeds.
- When these seeds started crackle then add curry leaves & saute for 1 minutes. Add onions & potatoes to it and fry it well then add green chillies, green peas saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add salt, sugar & turmeric powder mix it well. Now add sprouted moong & poha mix properly.
- Add lemon juice & coriander leaves to the poha mix gently. Serve it hot garnish with pomegranate seeds.
