- Take spring onion bulb chop it finely & keep separate green part of spring onion chop it finely. Heat Oil in a kadai & add asafoetida, mustard seeds till mustard seeds crackle.
- Add onion bulb saute till golden. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder & gram flour & saute it for 2-3 minutes.
- Add chop spring onion green & grated coconut cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat & serve it.
