- First grease the thali or metal tray & keep aside. Take thick bottom pan & dry roast the peanuts till crispy.
- Remove from heat,crush peanuts lightly into big chunks & keep aside. In the same pan add jaggery & oil over low flame, when the jaggery melted properly.
- Drop a bit of the melted jaggery syrup in a bowl of cold water, if it solidifies means it is ready. Now add crushed peanuts & ginger powder mix it well.
- Spread the mixture over the greasing thali, set it evenly by tapping. After cooling lightly cut or break into pieces & store in a airtight container.
