- Heat 3 table spoon of ghee in a thick bottomed kadai. Add grated carrots to it & saute for 5-8 minutes.
- Add milk & cook it for 5-10 minutes at medium flame or cook till it gets thicken. Now add sugar to it stirring continuously till the sugar is melt prope
- At meanwhile heat remaining ghee in a pan & saute cashew nuts, almonds & raisins for 2-3 minutes, keep aside.
- Now add khoya, fried dry fruits & green cardamom powder cook & stir it for 5-8 minutes. Remove from heat & serve it hot or cool.
