  • Heat oil in a pan. Add boiled eggs & saute till color changes to lightly browned.
  • Remove the eggs from the pan & keep aside.
  • Add onion on same pan saute for a minutes. Now add ginger garlic paste saute for 2 minutes add tomato cook till soft.
  • Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder salt & garam masala. Sprinkle little water cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add sufficient water for gravy & wait till boil. Now add egg to it. Serve it garnish with coriander leaves.
