  • Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds wait till it crackled. Now add dried red chilli & urad dal fry till dal color changes to light brown.
  • Add curry leaves, green chilli, grated coconut & fry for a while on low flame. Add fried peanuts & salt mix it.
  • Now add cooked rice mix it evenly, remove from heat. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve it.
