    Preparation for chutney
  • Take a mixer jar. Add grated coconut, roasted chana dal, green chilli, ginger, salt & yogurt into mixer jar.
  • Grind it to make a fine paste of it. Now transfer the paste in a small bowl & keep it aside.
  • For Tempering (Tadka)
  • Take a pan and heat the oil in it. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves & dried red chillies. Wait till it crackle.
  • Now pour this tempering (Tadka) over the chutney paste you prepared & mix it properly with the use of a spoon. Your yummy Chutney is ready to serve.
