  • Take a chukandar wash & peel it well. Grate it then keep it in refrigerator.
  • Take a chukandar wash & peel it well. Grate it then keep it in refrigerator.
  • Take a large bowl pour yogurt in it. Add cumin powder,red chilli powder, kala namak, fresh coriander leaves & salt to it.
  • Add grated chukandar to the yogurt mixture, mix it well Raita is ready, serve it chilled.
