  • For Tempering (Tadka)

  • Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, saute until it crackled. Add garlic & green chillies saute for 1/2 minutes.
  • Now add grated chukandar, carrot & tomatoes cook for 4-5 minutes. Then add coconut & salt mix properly.
  • Remove from heat, keep aside for cooling. Once the mixture get cooled then transfer the mixture into blend it in mixer to a smooth paste.
  • If needed then add 2 table spoon of water for smooth paste. Take a bowl & transfer the chutney into it.
  • Heat oil in a small pan & add mustard seeds, broken dried red chilli & fresh curry leaves. Serve it or keep it in refrigerator for 5-6 days.
