  • Soak the chana for 7-8 hours. Pressure cook the chana till soften or for 3-4 whistle.
  • Heat a oil in a pan add cumin seeds. Add bay leaf & onion saute for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes & ginger garlic paste cook for 2 minutes.
  • Now add all the spice powder cook till tomatoes get soft.
  • Add cooked chana, salt & amchor powder mix properly cooked for 10 minutes. Masala chana is ready to eat.
