Besan Ke Dhokla

Ingredients
  • 2 cup Gram Flour
  • 1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Yogurt (Dahi)
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 8-10 qt Curry Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Grated Coconut
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves (Finely chopped)
  • 2 qt Green Chilli Slit
  • 2 tsp Fruit Salt
  • Salt (To Taste)
Instructions
  1. Take a bowl add gram flour, chilli paste, salt, sugar & half of the oil.
  2. Add yogurt to it and mix well. Add 1/2 cup of water & fruit salt mix gently.
  3. Grease a thali & pour the prepared batter. Steam for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove the thali and allow it to cool. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds it started to crackled add curry leaves.
  5. Add green chilli & 1 cup of water. Add this tempering over dhokla.
  6. Cut into pieces and garnished with fresh coriander leaves & grated coconut. Serve it with chutney.
