  • Take a deep bowl add rice flour, besan, asafoetida, carom seeds, red chilli powder, soda, & salt.
  • Add sufficient water to make batter like idli batter keep aside. Now cut the each baby corn into four in length wise.
  • Heat oil in a deep kadai. When oil is enough hot then dip the baby corn slices in the batter & put it in oil for frying.
  • Fry till color changes to golden, take it on absorbent paper & sprinkle chat masala.
  • Enjoy it with chutney or tomato sauce.
