Strawberry Raita

Ingredients:

  • Strawberries Chopped Into Small Pieces
    1/2 Cup
  • Yogurt
    2 Cups
  • Roasted Cumin Powder
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Red Chilli Powder
    1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Black rock salt
    1/4 Tea Spoon
  • Sugar
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Salt
    To Taste

Method:

  • Take bowl add yogurt whisk it evenly.
  • Add roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, black rock salt, sugar & salt mix it well.
  • Now add chopped strawberries mix it.
  • Keep it in refrigerator before serving.
  • Serve it chilled.
