Paneer Bhurji

Ingredients:

  • Paneer Grated
    200 Grams
  • Onion Finely Chopped
    1 Small
  • Tomato Finely Chopped
    1 Medium
  • Green Capsicum Finely Chopped
    1/2 Cup (Optional)
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves Chopped
    2 Table Spoon
  • Green Chillies Chopped
    1-2
  • Cumin Seeds
    1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Turmeric Powder
    1/4 Tea Spoon
  • Coriander Powder
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Oil
    2 Table Spoon
  • Salt
    To Taste

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seed fry till it crackled.
  • Now add chopped onion saute till golden, add tomato, capsicum fry till it get soft & pulpy.
  • Add chopped green chilies, coriander powder, turmeric powder & salt saute for 5-8 minutes.
  • Add grated paneer to it, mix it well or saute for 5-10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat & transfer it to the serving dish, garnish with fresh coriander leaves & serve it.
