Ingredients:

  • Soya Granules
    1 Cup Soaked
  • Semolina (Sooji)
    1 Cup
  • Onion Chopped
    1 Medium
  • Tomatoes Chopped
    1 Large
  • Green Peas
    1/4 Cup
  • Green Capsicum Chopped
    1 Medium
  • Carrot
    1 Cut into small cubes
  • Green Chillies Chopped
    3 pieces
  • Ginger Grated
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Mustard Seeds
    1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Curry Leaves
    7-8 Leaves
  • Dhuli Urad Dal
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Oil
    2 Table Spoon
  • Salt
    To Taste

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed fry until it crackle.
  • Add curry leaves,dhuli urad dal saute for 1 minute.
  • Add onion fry till golden then add ginger, green chillies, tomato, green capsicum,peas & carrot cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Heat 3 cups of water in another pan, after 3-4 minutes add semolina(sooji) & saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add soya granules & salt mix it well.
  • Add hot water to the pan & cook till the water is absorbed.
  • Cover it with lid & cook till the semolina is properly cooked.
  • Serve it garnish with coriander leaves.

  • White Bread
    6-7 Slices
  • Oil
    3 Table Spoon
  • Curry Leaves
    5-6 Leaves
  • Mustard Seeds
    1/4 Tea Spoon
  • Cumin Seeds
    1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Turmeric Powder
    1/4 Tea Spoon
  • Potato
    1 Medium Diced
  • Onion
    1 Medium Chopped
  • Green Peas
    1/2 Cup
  • Green Chillies
    2 Pieces Chopped
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves
    1 Table Spoon
  • Lemon Juice
    1 Table Spoon
  • Salt
    To Taste

Method:

  • Break the bread slices into smaller pieces & keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add cumin seeds & mustard seeds saute till its crackle.
  • Now add curry leaves & onion & saute till golden.
  • Add potato & peas cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add green chillies, turmeric powder salt & bread pieces to it.
  • Sprinkle some water mix it & cook for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, add lemon juice & coriander leaves.
  • Serve it hot.

Ingredients:

  • Vermicelli
    500 Grms
  • Mustard Seeds
    1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Curry Leaves
    6-8 Leaves
  • Split Black Gram Skinless(Dhuli Urad Dal)
    2 Tea Spoon
  • Ginger
    1 inch Finely Chopped
  • Green Chilli
    2-3 Pieces
  • Onion
    1 Medium Finely Chopped
  • Fresh Coconut Grated
    1 Table Spoon
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves
    1 Table Spoon
  • Oil
    2 Table Spoon
  • Salt
    To Taste

Method:

  • Take 5 cups of water in a deep pan to boil.
  • Add vermicelli (sevayii) salt & 1 table spoon of oil.
  • Cook for 1 or 2 minutes.
  • Drain refresh under cold water & drain again.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add mustard seeds, wait for crackle.
  • It begin to crackled add curry leaves, urad dal, ginger, onion.
  • Saute for 3 minutes.
  • Add green chilli stir it.
  • Add boiled vermicelli & salt stir it well.
  • Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Mix grated coconut & green coriander leaves.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Serve hot it in breakfast.
  • Note: You can prepare this dish by adding different types of vegetables like carrot, french beans, capsicum, Potato etc.

  • Potato
    1 Medium Finely Chopped
  • Capsicum

  • Peas
    1/2 Cup
  • Chana dal(Split Bengal Gram)
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Dhuli urad dal(Split Black Gram Skinless)
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Curry Leaves
    6-7 Leaves
  • Mustard Seeds
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Oil
    2 Table Spoon
  • Turmeric Powder
    1/2 Tea Spoon (Optional)
  • Grated Fresh Coconut
    2 Table Spoon
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves
    1 Table Spoon
  • Salt
    To Taste

Method:

  • Sieve suji.
  • Heat a pan & dry roast a suji on a moderate heat.
  • Stir it continuously to light brown color & keep aside.
  • Now heat a oil in pan.
  • Add mustard seeds & allow them to crackle.
  • Add curry leaves, urad dal, chana dal & fry till it get crispy.
  • Add onion,green chilli, ginger.
  • Saute for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add all the vegetables, turmeric powder & salt to it cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add roasted suji to it.
  • Add 3 cups of water & stir continuously till it becomes little thick.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Serve hot garnished with fresh coriander & coconut.
