  • Strawberries Chopped Into Small Pieces
    1/2 Cup
  • Yogurt
    2 Cups
  • Roasted Cumin Powder
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Red Chilli Powder
    1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Black rock salt
    1/4 Tea Spoon
  • Sugar
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Salt
    To Taste

Method:

  • Take bowl add yogurt whisk it evenly.
  • Add roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, black rock salt, sugar & salt mix it well.
  • Now add chopped strawberries mix it.
  • Keep it in refrigerator before serving.
  • Serve it chilled.

Method:

  • Take a bowl add curd to it & whisk it properly.
  • Now add roasted cumin powder, kala namak, salt, sugar, chopped green chillies & fresh coriander leaves mix it well.
  • Add pomegrante seeds & mix it, keep it in refrigerator for cooling.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves & serve it.

  • Black Pepper Corn Powder

Method:

  • Take a blender jar add chopped mint leaves, mango & keep some chopped mango aside for garnishing.
  • add 1 table spoon of yogurt into jar to make smooth paste, blend it well.
  • Take a bowl put yogurt in it now add mango & mint paste,black salt, black pepper corn powder, salt, sugar & mix it well.
  • Transfer it into serving bowl garnish with chopped mangoes & sprinkle crushed red chillies.
  • Serve it chilled.

Method:

  • Heat water in a pan, when the water start to boil add spinach leaves to it.
  • Boil till the water comes again to boil.
  • Strain the spinach leaves & add to the chilled water bowl.
  • Squeeze the water from spinach & add to the mixer jar to make smooth puree.
  • Take a bowl add yogurt, sugar, salt & grated ginger mix it well.
  • Now add spinach puree to it & roasted cumin powder mix it.
  • Serve it chilled.

Method:

  • Remove mint leaves from the stem.
  • Grind into a smooth paste.

  • Mix it well.

  • Chat Masala

  • Red Chilli Flakes

  • Cumin Seeds
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Fresh Mint Leaves
    6-7 Leaves Chopped
  • Salt

Method:

  • Peel banana, mango apple & chop all the fruits into small cubes.
  • Whisk yogurt add fruits to it.
  • Add half of pomegranate seed to yogurt.
  • Dry roast cumin seeds red chilli flakes & crushed it.
  • Add mint leaves to raita.
  • Now add crushed cumin seed & red chilli flakes, chat masala, salt mix properly.
  • Serve chilled and garnish with remaining pomegranate seeds.
