Ingredients:

  • Palak (Spinach)
    2 Medium Bunch
  • Yogurt
    3 Cups
  • Garlic
    3-4 Cloves Finely Chopped
  • Onion
    1 Medium Finely chopped
  • Roasted Cumin Powder
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Red Chilli Powder
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Black Salt
    To Taste
  • Oil
    1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Salt
    To Taste

Method:

  • Clean & wash the palak leaves in running water of tap.
  • Chop it finely.
  • Take a bowl add yogurt, whisk it properly & add roasted cumin powder,black salt & red chilli powder mix it well.
  • Keep the yogurt bowl in a refrigerator.
  • Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic, onion & saute for 2 minutes then add chopped palak.
  • Saute for 3-4 minutes over high heat stirring continously add salt to it.
  • Cook it till palak is almost dry.
  • Remove from heat & cool.
  • Mix it with seasoned yogurt before serving.

Ingredients:

  • Rice (Soaked)
    2 Cups
  • Corn
    1/2 Cup
  • Ghee
    1 Table Spoon
  • Palak Puree
    1 Cup
  • Onion
    1 Finely Chopped
  • Garlic
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Ginger
    1 Inch Finely Chopped
  • Bay Leaves (Tej patta):
    1 Piece
  • Cinnamon (Dalchini)
    2 Pieces
  • Cloves(Laung)
    3-4 Pieces
  • Black Pepper(Kali Mirch)
    3-4 Pieces
  • Cumin Seeds
    1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Salt
    To Taste

Method:

  • Heat ghee in a deep pan.
  • Add bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, cumin seeds saute for a minutes.
  • Now add onion, garlic paste, ginger cook till color change into golden.
  • Put palak puree & corn to it mix it properly cover & cook for 2-4 minutes.
  • Add rice mix it well add 3 cups of water & salt.
  • Stir to mix wait for boiling.
  • Cook on medium heat.
  • Cover the pan & cook it till rice is completely done.
  • Serve it hot.

Ingredients:

  • Palak( Spinach)
    2 Large Bunches
  • Paneer(Cottage Cheese)
    200 Grams
  • Green Chilli
    2-3 Pieces
  • Garlic
    8-10 Cloves Chopped
  • Cumin Seeds
    1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Oil
    3 Table Spoon
  • Fresh Cream
    4 Table Spoon
  • Lemon Juice
    1 Table Spoon
  • Salt
    To Taste

Method:

  • Wash palak in a running water
  • Keep palak in salted boiling water for 3 minutes
  • Wash with chilled water and squeeze excess water
  • Grind palak along with green chilli into fine paste
  • Cut paneer into small square pieces keep it seperately
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add cumin seed when its color changed
  • Add garlic saute for half minutes
  • Add palak paste stir well
  • Check its thinkness, if needed add water
  • when gravy comes to boil add paneer & lemon juice
  • Palak paneer is ready to eat decorate with fresh cream

Ingredients:

  • Chana Dal (Split Bengal Gram)
    1/2 Cup
  • Fresh Palak (Spinach)
    500 Grams Finely Chopped
  • Green Chillies
    2-3 Finely Chopped
  • Cumin Seeds
    1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Onion
    1 Chopped
  • Oil
    3 Table Spoon
  • Tomato
    2 Chopped
  • Coriander (Dhania) Powder
    3-4 Pinch
  • Ginger
    1/2 Inch Piece Chopped
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves
    6-7 leaves
  • Salt
    To Taste

Method:

  • Soak dal for half an hour.
  • Wash palak leaves properly & keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
  • Add cumin seeds fry for 1 second.
  • Add onion saute till golden brown,add tomatoes,ginger & coriander powder.
  • Cook for 1 minute.
  • Strain the soaked dal.
  • Add dal, palak & salt into pressure cooker.
  • Add 2 cups of water & pressure cook to give 3 whistles.
  • When pressure comes cool.
  • Mash the dal slightly.
  • Serve it garnish with coriander leaves.
