Ingredients:

  • Refined Flour
    2 Cups
  • Castor Sugar
    1.5 Cups
  • Butter
    1 Cup
  • Cocoa Powder
    4 Table Spoon
  • Baking Powder
    1.25 Tea Spoon
  • Eggs
    4
  • Orange Juice
    2 Table Spoon
  • Orange Zest
    2 Tea Spoon
  • Lemon Juice
    2 Table Spoon
  • Lemon Zest
    2 Table Spoon

Method:

  • Pre heat oven to 180*C
  • Take a bowl add butter to it & beat until light & fluffy, add sugar & beat it again for 5- 6 minutes till it turns to creamy.
  • Add egg one by one & beat it well.
  • Take a another bowl sift in the flour, baking powder.
  • Add flour to the egg mixture bowl, now add orange & lemon juices fold it properly so that the flour mix evenly.
  • Add orange & lemon zest mix it well.
  • Now grease a cake mould, transfer the batter to the mould .
  • Keep the mould in the pre heated oven.
  • After 35 minutes check it with tooth pick or knife comes out clean.
  • Cake is done, serve garnished with grated white chocolate.

  • Refined Flour (Maida)
    2 Cups
  • Sugar
    1 Cup
  • Oil
    3/4 Cup
  • Honey
    1/4 Cup
  • Vanilla Essence
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Dry Ginger Powder
    2 Tea Spoon
  • Eggs
    3 Pieces
  • Baking Powder
    1 Tea Spoon

Method:

  • Take a bowl sieve refined flour, ginger powder & baking powder.
  • Keep aside.
  • In the another bowl beat together eggs & sugar till sugar dissolve & mixture get fluffy.
  • Now add honey, vanilla essence & oil, beat for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add refined flour little by little & go on beating & adding flour.
  • Beat till batter get the consistency of dropping.
  • Pour the batter in greased tin & bake in a preheated oven at 150*C for 40 minutes or till the cake is done.

  • Refined flour (Maida)
    2 Cups
  • Sugar
    3/4 cup
  • Milk Powder
    1/2 Cup
  • Butter/ cream
    1 Cup
  • Vanilla essence
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Baking powder
    1 Table Spoon
  • Milk
    1/2 Cup

Method:

  • Preheat oven at 180oc.
  • Take a large bowl add sugar, milk powder, butter beat together till creamy.
  • Sieve maida, baking powder add this to milk powder mixture slowly add milk and vanilla essence, nuts.
  • Pour a cake mixture in a greased baking tin.
  • Put it in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 150oc.
  • Remove and serve it.

  • Beetroot Puree
    1 Cup
  • Cocoa Powder
    3 Tea Spoon
  • Lemon Juice
    1 Table Spoon
  • Yogurt
    1/2 Cup
  • Vanilla Essence
    1 Table Spoon
  • Baking Powder
    1.5 Table Spoon
  • Icing Sugar
    For Dusting
  • Oil
    2-3 Cups

Method:

  • Preheat the oven at 1800c.
  • Take a large bowl & sieve refined flour, cocoa powder & baking powder, mix it.
  • Now take a other bowl add beetroot puree, sugar, lemon juice & vanilla essence, mix it properly.
  • Transfer the refined flour mixture to beetroot bowl.
  • Now add yogurt whisk it with blender then add oil & make a smooth mixture.
  • Greased the baking dish & add this mixture to it.
  • Bake it for 30 minutes or cake is done.
  • Cool & demould the cake.
  • Dust with icing sugar & serve it.

  • Oil

  • Refined Flour (Maida)
    1.5 Cups
  • Sugar
    3 Table Spoon
  • Baking Powder
    1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Baking Soda
    1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Cinnamon Powder
    1 Tea Spoon

Method:

  • Preheat an oven to 1800c.
  • Grease the cake tin & sprinkle some flour in it.
  • Sieve the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder into a bowl and mix gently.
  • Add sugar, oil and grated carrots and mix properly.
  • Pour the batter into the greased tin.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  • Turn out the cake, cut into slices sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.

  • Refined flour
    1.5 Cups
  • Dark Cooking Choclate
    1/2 Cup Chopped
  • Butter
    100 Grams
  • Sugar Powdered
    1 Cup
  • Baking Powder
    3 Tea Spoon
  • Salt
    1/4 Tea Spoon
  • Milk
    1/2 Cup
  • Vanilla Essence
    2 Tea Spoon
  • Icing Sugar
    For Dusting

Method:

  • Preheat an oven to 1800c
  • Grease the cake tin.
  • Melt the choclate in a double boiler.
  • Stir in five table spoons of boiling water.
  • Cool it
  • Beat the butter till soften add sugar.
  • Beat till the butter get creamy.
  • Add the melted choclate & mix gently.
  • Take flour with the baking powder & salt.
  • Mix milk & vanilla essence together.
  • Add the flour mixture & milk mixture to butter mixture.
  • Shift these mixture in three parts.
  • Beat well after each addition.
  • Pour the batter into the cake tin.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from cake tin.
  • Sprinkle with icing sugar & serve.

    250 Grams
  • Cinnamon (Dalcini) Powder
    1.5 Cup
  • Butter Melted
    1 Cup
  • Baking Powder
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Banana Peeled Mashed
    2 Pieces

Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 0c.
  • Sieve the flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder into a bowl.
  • Add sugar, mashed banana & butter into another bowl beat till sugar get dissolved properly.
  • Grease a cake tin sprinkle some flour & keep aside.
  • Add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture & mix properly.
  • Pour the batter into greased cake tin.
  • Baked the cake in preheated oven at1800c for 30 minutes.
  • It ready when a knife or fork inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean.
  • Remove the cake from the tin.
  • Cut into slices and serve it hot.
