Ingredients:

  • White Breads
    6 Slices
  • Brown Breads
    12 Slices
  • Orange Color (Layer)

  • Carrot Grated
    1 Cup
  • Saffron (Kesar)
    6-8 Thread dip in milk(Optional)
  • Fresh Cream
    2 Table Spoon
  • Green Color(Layer)

  • Fresh Coriander Leaves Finely Chopped
    2 Table Spoon
  • Mint Leaves Finely Chooped
    1 Table Spoon
  • Ginger Finely Chopped
    1 Inch
  • Green Chillies
    1-2
  • Lemon Juice
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Salt
    To Taste

Method:

  • For Orange Color Layer Mix Grated carrots & fresh cream & salt in a bowl.
  • Mix it well it give orange color.
  • For Green Color Layer, take a grinder jar add all the ingredients & salt grind to make chutney.
  • Spread the green chutney over the brown bread evenly.Now place white bread over it.
  • Now spread carrot mixture over the white bread evenly to make orange color layer.
  • Put brown slice of bread over the white bread slice, press it slightly.
  • Cut the sandwich from the center into two equal parts.
  • Serve it immediately.

Bread Balls

Ingredients:

  • Breads
    8 Slices
  • For Stuffing:
  • Potatoes Boiled, Peeled & Mashed
    2 Medium
  • Mashed Tofu
    1 Cup
  • Spring Onion Finely Chopped White & Green Parts
    1/2 Cup
  • Carrot Grated
    1 Medium
  • Green Peas
    1/2 Cup
  • Green Chillies
    2 Finely Chopped
  • Lemon Juice
    3 Tea Spoon
  • Oil
    For Deep Frying + 3 Tea Spoon
  • Salt
    To Taste

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add all the stuffing ingredients one by one stir it well.
  • Now add salt & cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat & keep aside.
  • To prepare the Bread Balls:
  • Remove the sides of the bread slice.
  • Take a bowl of water & dip one slice of bread lightly in bowl of water.
  • Squeeze all the water by pressing in between the two palms.
  • Place a portion of the stuffing mixture in the centre of the bread slice.
  • Now roll from the both ends to form a small ball.
  • Prepare all the remaining bread slice into bread balls in this way.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan & leave one or two balls in a pan for frying.
  • Turning once or twice till crispy & golden brown color.
  • Take it out in absorbent paper & serve it with tomato sauce or chutney.

Ingredients:

  • Green Peas
    1/2 Cups
  • Green Chillies
    2-3 Finely Chopped
  • Fresh Green Coriander Leaves
    2 Table Spoon Finely Chopped
  • Onion
    2 Medium Finely Chopped
  • Cumin Seeds
    1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Fennel Seeds
    1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Garam Masala
    1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Bread
    6 Slices
  • Semolina (Suji)
    2 Table Spoon
  • Salt
    To Taste

Method:

  • Peel and mash the potatoes & keep aside.
  • Heat a fry pan with 3 table spoon of oil.
  • Add cumin seeds, fennel seeds saute till crackle.
  • Add onion fry till transparent.
  • Add peas fry till soften, add green chillies, potatoes & salt.
  • Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat & sprinkle green coriander leaves.
  • Take a bowl full of water.
  • Dip bread slice in it.
  • Take out immediately and press lightly between the palm.
  • So that excess water drain away.
  • Take a portion of potatoes masala in between. wrap the side properly.
  • Give it a oval or round shape.
  • Take semolina in a plate and coat it in roll.
  • Repeat this procedure for all breads.
  • Heat oil in a pan at high heat.
  • Deep fry the bread roll till golden brown.
  • Take out in a absorbent paper.
  • Serve it with sauce and chutneys.
