DISH NAME

Ingredients:

  • Milk
    6 Cups
  • Roohafza
    3/4 Cup
  • Sugar (optional)
    2 Table Spoon
  • Almonds Finely Chopped
    8-10 Seeds
  • Ice Cubes
    As Required
  • Green Cardamon Powder
    1 Tea Spoon

Method:

  • Take a deep jar add milk, roohafza, ice cube & half of the chopped almonds mix it well.
  • Take a 4 serving glasses pour the milk mixture into the glasses.
  • Now garnish with almonds & sprinkle some green cardamon powder.
  • Serve it chilled.

  • Fresh Mint Leaves
    6-7 Leaves
  • Lemon Juice
    2 Table Spoon
  • Sugar
    1 Table Spoon
  • Ice Cubes (optional)
    3-4 Cubes

Method:

  • In a blender add chopped watermelon, mint leaves, sugar, lemon juice & ice cubes blend it well.
  • Transfer the juice into glass & garnish with mint leaves.

  • Blend till smooth.

  • Add raisins to the shake glasses.

Method:

  • Wash & chop strawberries roughly.
  • Now blend the strawberries, sugar & icecube together to form a smooth paste.
  • Add milk to it & blend it to form smooth shake.
  • Pour into glass & serve it chilled.

Method:

  • Take deseeded dates in a blender jar.
  • Add chilled milk to the jar & blend till well smooth mixer.
  • Now add vanilla icecream, few ice cubes & again blend it.
  • Pour into glasses & serve it chilled.
