Ingredients:

  • Gram Flour
    2 Cups
  • Green Chilli Paste
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Turmeric Powder
    1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Sugar
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Oil
    4 Table Spoon
  • Yogurt (Dahi)
    1 Cup
  • Mustard Seeds
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Curry Leaves
    5-6 Leaves
  • Grated Coconut
    1 Table Spoon
  • Coriander Leaves
    2 Table Spoon Finely Chopped
  • Green Chilli Slit
    2 Pieces
  • Fruit Salt
    2 Tea Spoon
  • Salt
    To Taste

Method:

  • Take a bowl add gram flour, chilli paste, salt, sugar & half of the oil.
  • Add yogurt to it and mix well.
  • Add 1/2 cup of water & fruit salt mix gently.
  • Grease a thali & pour the prepared batter.
  • Steam for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the thali and allow it to cool.
  • Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds it started to crackled add curry leaves.
  • Add green chilli & 1 cup of water.
  • Add this tempering over dhokla.
  • Cut into pieces and garnished with fresh coriander leaves & grated coconut.
  • Serve it with chutney.

Ingredients:

  • Besan
    500 Gms
  • Kaju
    20 Pieces
  • Badam
    20 Pieces
  • Desi Ghee
    1.5 Cup
  • Choti Elachi Powder
    1.5 Table Spoon
  • Sugar Buraa
    300 Gms

Method:

  • Sieve the besan.
  • Cut kaju & badam into small pieces.
  • Take pan put ghee on it at sim flame.
  • Add besan on it and roasted till color change.
  • Put elachi powder,kaju,badam mix properly.
  • Separte the mixture into another bowl.
  • Add bura to mixture.
  • At last make shape of LADOO.
  • Tasty laddoo are ready to serve.
