Ingredients:

  • Mutton Cleaned,Fat Removed & Cut into small pieces
    500 Grams
  • Onion Finely Chopped
    2 Large
  • Tomatoes
    2 Medium
  • Garlic Crushed
    6-7 Cloves
  • Ginger Paste
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves
    1 Table Spoon
  • Bay Leaf
    1 Piece
  • Black Pepper Corn
    4-5 Seeds
  • Cinnamon
    2 Inches Stick
  • Cumin Seeds
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Black Cardamoms
    2 Pieces
  • Cloves
    3-4 Pieces
  • Oil
    4 Table Spoon
  • Turmeric Powder
    1/4 Tea Spoon
  • Red Chilli Powder
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Coriander Powder
    1 Table Spoon
  • Garam Masala Powder
    1/4 Tea Spoon
  • Salt
    To Taste

Method:

  • Take a pressure cooker heat oil in it.
  • Add cumin seeds fry till its color change.
  • Now add onion fry till golden brown.
  • Add bay leaf, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon sticks & black peppercorn to it.
  • Saute for 1 minute then add ginger paste & garlic to the pressure cooker.
  • Add chopped tomatoes then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala & salt mix it well & saute till oil leaves.
  • Now add cleaned mutton pieces stir it well & saute for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add water & coriander leaves.
  • Close the lid of pressure cooker cook it for 3-4 whistle then off the gas.
  • Keep the cooker for cooling.
  • After 5 minutes check the mutton whether it is cooked properly if not, switch on the gas cook it at medium flame till mutton is fully cooked.
  • Remove from the heat garnish with coriander leaves & serve it with rice & chapati.
