Chukandar Raita

Ingredients:

  • Chukandar (Beetroot)
    1 Small
  • Yogurt Whisked
    1.5 Cup
  • Cumin Powder
    1 Tea Spoon
  • Red Chilli Powder
    1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Kala Namak
    1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves Chopped
    1 Table Spoon
  • Salt
    To Taste

Method:

  • Take a chukandar wash & peel it well.
  • Grate it then keep it in refrigerator.
  • Take a large bowl pour yogurt in it.
  • Add cumin powder,red chilli powder, kala namak, fresh coriander leaves & salt to it.
  • Add grated chukandar to the yogurt mixture, mix it well
  • Raita is ready, serve it chilled.
